I am honored to be accepted as a member of the Appalachian Realty family. I am a native of Marion, and have spent most of my life in Smyth County. I currently serve as the Executive Director/CEO of the Marion Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and have served in this position since 1982. Prior to that, I was a Banker specializing in Mortgage lending. I am a graduate of the School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia, and also hold a B.S. Degree from Bluefield University. I serve on the Board of Directors of Marion Downtown, President of the Little Ten Housing Authorities of Southwest Virginia, and am active in several housing associations on both State and Federal levels.
